I don’t seem to have microphone access, how do I fix it?

Please know that in order for our Kardia app to function the microphone must be on. Please do one of the following to turn the microphone on:

A) From your iPhones Settings app:

1. Tap on “Privacy”
2. Tap on “Microphone”
3. Scroll down to find the “Kardia” item
4. Ensure that “Kardia” is turned on (the background of the slider is green)

B) From the Kardia phone app

1. Open the app
2. Tap “Record EKG”
3. move through any flows presented
4. When at the recording screen, tap the green “Grant Access” button
5. You will be taken to the settings for Kardia, where you can toggle on “Microphone”
